Please consult our guidelines on the acquisition of digital services and the terms of use for the Wezellit platform.

1. THE OBJECTIVE

These are the Terms and Conditions of Use that regulate the access, browsing, and use of Wezellit™ by HORIZONT GROUP LLC (hereinafter "Website") and the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents. Additionally, Wezellit™ may establish specific Terms and Conditions that regulate the access to and contracting of specific products and/or services offered to the web user. These additional Terms and Conditions shall apply when you access them.

1.1 PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

  • Sale of final digital products for websites designed based on Shopify, WordPress, and web builders.
  • Sale of final digital products of illustrations.
  • Sale of final digital products of iconography.
  • Sale of final products for Social Media templates in Figma and Canva formats.
  • Sale of digital services focused on the after-sales of digital products from our website.
  • Management of the user list.
  • Management of collections through the Stripe payment gateway for the final digital products and/or services that are for sale on our website.

1.2 TERMINOLOGY

  • 1.2.1 WEBSITE: Includes all domains, subdomains, social networks, and emails created by Wezellit™.
  • 1.2.2 USER: The status of user is attributed by the access and/or use of the Wezellit™ website, implying that the USER accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, but the mere use of the website does not mean the initiation of any employment/commercial relationship.
  • 1.2.3 CLIENT: The status of CLIENT is attributed to anyone who accepted the terms and conditions of use, registered on Wezellit™, and purchases products from this website. Therefore, there is a commercial relationship. (No employment relationship).
  • 1.2.4 THIRD PARTIES: Web builders (such as Shopify, Avada, Betheme, Salient, Elementor, and Divi) from which Wezellit™ makes use of their acquired licenses for the construction of websites.

1.3 USES OF THE WEBSITE

On its website, Wezellit™ provides the USER with information, final digital products, digital after-sales services, and data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to Wezellit™, transferors, or licensors.

The USER who accesses, uses, and browses the Wezellit™ website assumes responsibility for any registration made to voluntarily access certain digital products and/or services and content. Likewise, the user assumes responsibility for acquiring the licenses of certain web builders for the use of the final website product designed by Wezellit™.

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services that Wezellit™ offers (such as chat, email support, subscriptions, etc.), committing not to engage in illicit activities, disseminate racist or xenophobic propaganda, illegal pornography, advocacy of terrorism, or introduce computer viruses.

Wezellit™ reserves the right to remove comments and contributions that violate dignity, are discriminatory, or are otherwise inappropriate.

1.4 REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE

  • 1.4.1 APPROPRIATE AGE: The USER must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1.4.2 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Equipment with an Internet connection (minimum 4 MB) and simultaneous registration/purchase on Wezellit™.

2. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Wezellit™ is the author of the final product (designed website) as a result of using licenses contracted with different web builders (THIRD PARTIES) in the name of HORIZONT GROUP LLC. The user and client must respect intellectual and industrial property.

3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Wezellit™ is not responsible for damages due to errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal due to maintenance, or transmission of viruses, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE

Wezellit™ reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate to its website without prior notice.

5. LINK POLICY

The website may contain links to third-party sites under their own responsibility. Wezellit™ does not guarantee their availability or quality and recommends reading their privacy policies.

6. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

Wezellit™ reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its website and/or services to those users who breach these Terms and Conditions.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Wezellit™ will pursue the breach of these terms by exercising the corresponding civil or criminal actions.

Wezellit™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

10. CONDITIONS OF SALE

The contracting of digital products and/or services is governed by the conditions in force at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are cards (VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS) through the external platform STRIPE.

11. RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Due to the digital nature of the products (downloadable and immediate access), Wezellit™ does not offer refunds. Tutorials and guides are offered to ensure satisfaction before purchase.

12. LEGAL ACTIONS

Wezellit™ may take legal action in case of improper use. The applicable legislation will be that of the United States, State of Delaware.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will be governed by the regulations of the State of Delaware, USA (https://corplaw.delaware.gov/).

14. RESALE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

It is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Wezellit™ digital products without express written permission.

15. GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION

Wezellit™ reserves the right to terminate the commercial relationship immediately upon breach of these Terms and Conditions.
